Congrats to Jason!!
If you pick up Texas Monthly's April 2010 edition and you look on page S-22, you will be sure to see Jason's name! He made the Rising Star list once more - under Intellectual Property Litigation.

We are also celebrating because Jason just got back from Tyler Tuesday night where he sued Microsoft and was awarded $105 million. It's a pretty big coup, and we are very excited for him!!

Fun in the snow in Dallas
Hi everyone this is E.J. and Elton John! We made a snowman this morning and decorated it. Doesn't this remind you of Elton John? Well anyway it snowed this WHOLE day in Dallas today by us and school is canceled today and and tommorow! What a relief!! It was very fun and I was glad to see snow again!

Matheson can walk!!!
Just thought you all would like to know that our baby girl, just shy of 15 months, can finally walk on her own!! I've uploaded a video for you to watch. She will even pause while walking and do a little dance (if music is playing) and then continue on with her walk. Too cute. We're proud parents of our little late bloomer! She can also say "ba ba" now for "bye bye". She has the Dr. Seuss, "Put Me in the Zoo", book and when you ask her to turn the page and point to where it says "zoo", she can do so. We have a little smarty pants! xoxo, Linds
